Our Founder Alvin L. Dawkins spent over 15 years working for "big box" retailers such as Target and Home Depot. He began looking for ways to leverage his experience together with the dream of starting his own business. During months of research into market opportunities Alvin discovered that his training, experience and education in corporate America had given him some unique insight into marketing, advertising and business development. He also discovered a need for small to mid-sized business owners to have access to the marketing resources of major corporations to successfully compete.
This lead to the founding of the BlueStone Advertising agency. From the beginning Alvin designed the agency with the small business owner in mind.
